hello everyone, how can I turn off these notifications?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. The only way to disable these notifications is to stop the cause of the issue that triggers them. You can try these steps to do so:


  1. Quit and reopen the app
  2. Restart your Mac
  3. Check the updates
  4. Reinstall the app
