My iPad Air 2, has these alternate parallel dark shades making it difficult to read and use. I tried hard reset but nothing helped.
I am in India and I called Apple Tech support, and they told that they cannot do anything about it.
Please help fixing the issue. I have attached the pic of the screen.

As illustrated, your iPad appears to have partial failure of the edge-lit backlight - which will require repair via an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP):
