pending payment


Hi, I have a problem with payment. The credit in my account has been taken but in the Apple system it says 'Payment Pending'. The problem is, the purchased items have not reached me but the credit has

already been taken. want to ask for compensation but I can't because there is no receipt number in Apple's system.
