pending payment

Hi, I have a problem with payment. The credit in my account has been taken but in the Apple system it says 'Payment Pending'. The problem is, the purchased items have not reached me but the credit has

already been taken. want to ask for compensation but I can't because there is no receipt number in Apple's system.

Apple transaction I have a pending transaction on my bank account that is for apple.com bill. I have not purchased or subscribed to anything. When I check my apple account there is nothing in subscriptions or purchases. Yet there is a pending charge waiting to leave my account. Do I really have to wait for someone to take the money out before I can do anything. As I can not see this transaction on my apple account it could be someone else??? How do I check ?

Apple continuously asks for payment update I received a payment update notification which seemed strange since I had not changed anything. I completed it anyway and received a confirmation email saying the information has been updated but the notification won't go away. After entering the info, I have a payment pending on my credit card transaction ($0.00). I've tried signing out of Apple ID and signing back in, but the notification is still there.
