There is gap in display and body of my phone

Hi

i have iPhone 13 Blue variant. After 1 week of buying this phone I noticed there is small gap between display and body of my phone then I immediately went to east Delhi apple service centre they accepted there is a small gap then i ask them for solution they said we don’t have any kind of solution for that they didn’t solve my problem. I am buy this phone for its durability if from that gap my phone durability is destroyed so who will the responsible for that. I hope i get the solution from you for that problem.

Hmm, warranty issues are normally handled in the country of purchase. You might try another location to get a second opinion.

Also check the return policy of the retailer in your country. In many places, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund.

No one on this forum works for Apple, so we cannot provide a solution for you. Contact Apple in your country and if necessary, elevate the concern higher up the chain.
