Why will my do not disturb icon switch off at the scheduled time since I updated to 16.03?

Are you using a Lock Screen in ios16 that is permanently associated with DND?
Tap and hold the lock screen and customise it, or swipe to or set up, another without DND

My do not disturb icon will not disappear despite the fact that I have set a schedule which should turn off at 08.30am. It’s blocking all calls.
