Flight information does not available on iOS16.0.3

Hi Experts,

I have been searching for a solution in the forums to fix the issue of having "flight information unavailable" on iOS16.0.3.

I have already checked more than 10 airlines and all I get is the above message when I click the flight # on iMessages. Checked the spotlight search, still the same.

I don't have an iPad or any other apple device except the iPhone 12 with me to see if it is the same on all.

Also checked the pretty much all the past discussions here and other places but no fix yet.

  1. Changed the internet connections (WiFi Providers and mobile networks as well)
  2. Checked Siri and Search settings and allow Safari to have access to all necessary functionalities

PS: I currently operating from Sri Lanka. Is there a restrictions on region wise? If so why I could not find it on any Apple documentations?

Regards/

iPhone 12, iOS 16

Hi SravanKrA ,

Thank you for the reply. But this is not based on third-party app. The baseline functionality of the iOS/MacOS contains this feature where you can see flight statuses if you receive the flight number via iMessage or if you search flight number on spotlight search.

My issue is that it does not work for me? I could not find a solution for that either.
