How do you reset your password on ihealth?

I found this question asked 3 times and each said that it was not an apple product, to contact the developer (which is a non-answer) but okay, the ihealth app comes with the iphone and apple watch and is the only way to connect to view the fitness features. If you go to the site to download, it says 'The developer, Apple, indicated that the app’s privacy practices may include handling of data as described below. For more information, see the developer’s privacy policy.' This says that the developer is APPLE.
