How do I add spinning to the new Fitness app on the iPhone 14 Pro Max? It’s the one with the multicolor circle

Hey jauoi,


There is no option to create a custom workout using only the iPhone. You are able to use the Fitness app on the iPhone to track you daily activity.

  1. "Open the Fitness app. Then, if you’re on your iPhone, tap Fitness+.
  2. Do any of the following:
    • Download a workout to your device: Choose a workout, tap the Add workout button to add the workout to My Workouts, then tap the Download button."

Thanks for reaching out to the community. Take a look at the steps and article below to adding a custom workout to your Apple Watch.


1."On your Apple Watch, open the Workout app.

2.Tap the More button the ... icon next to the workout that you want to do.

3.Scroll down and tap Create Workout, then tap Custom.

4.Tap Warmup to set a Goal Type or Skip.

5.Tap Add, then tap Work or Recovery and select a Goal Type.

6.Tap Cooldown to set a Goal Type or Skip.

7.Enter the Custom Title of your workout.

8.Tap Create Workout".
