Movavi App Fraud Alert

Hi Apple,

Here's reporting Movavi app fraud. Bought Movavi from Apple Store paying INR 839 and the app in not working as expected.

Price is what you pay and value is what you get! Apple Store reduced to third world?

Please help refund my payment.

I got scammed by Better.me app Even though I don't have a subscription, better.me charged 29 USD to my credit card. I asked for a refund, but there was neither a refund nor an answer. This is a scam and I am complaining. Apple should not be the intermediary for the fraudulent application. This expense doesn't show up in Apple invoices and so I can't even complain to Apple. Have any of you had an experience like this?

How to report & get refund for fraudulent charges? An app has been charging me for months that I never signed up for. I only downloaded the app. I can even see that it's prompting me to sign up for a plan that I never did. I notified Apple by chat of the fraud charges and requested a refund. The senior advisor said there is nothing that can be done and ended the chat. How do I report the fraudulent app, its unauthorized charges and obtain a refund? It's a lot of money - $487 Canadian. How do I escalate this within Apple? Who is the right level and person/division to deal with?
