My font size is suddenly HUGE in my “Notes” app on iPhone 12 on iOS16.0.3

A few weeks ago, I suddenly noticed that everything on my iPhone had massive font , like I thought I hit some of a zoom or something like they have on Android, and with accessibility options. I panicked a bit when I realized I could not even access certain buttons, or do certain actions because they were truncated or just cut off from the screen, and there was no scrolling sideways or horizontally to get to them so I forced to power down and reboot.

I’m not really familiar with the iPhone iOS yet, so I just decided to try it— And at first glance I noticed that it send seemed to be fixed and everything had normal size font again . Until I had to use the ‘Notes’ app. I frequently rely on Reminders, and I go in there and it’s like I could only see a few words because the font is so large

I have no idea how to fix this. Please help. Thanks
