Camera roll

I keep my photos turned off so no one has access. When I change my Facebook main photo I give it permission for the photos. So besides my photo there are other photos on a camera roll and those camera roll photos I would like to delete but I don’t know how to delete them. This only happens when I give Facebook access. So that’s my question. Thank you.

Hello History4466,

Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. We understand you are asking how to edit selected photos you've given past permission to for Facebook on your iPad. We do have steps to answer this.

Control access to information in apps on iPad

  1. Tap on Settings > Privacy > Photos
  2. Tap Facebook
  3. Tap Edit Selected Photos
  4. Tap Show Selected (bottom of the window)
  5. If you wish to remove all, tap Deselect All
  6. Tap Done

This will remove access or selection to those photos. Reply back with any further questions or concerns.

All the best.

Hi yes Chris I will try to explain it better… I was trying to change my Facebook main photo so I had to go to settings to let Facebook access my photos, and that is when all the extra stuff came up on my screen one specifically said, camera roll, and it was under something called, mobile upload. I NEVER see this stuff ever, only when I try to do this Facebook to change my main profile photo. So I left it alone and I was able to change my photo.

when I change my photo on YouTube this does not happen. So I’m not very techy anymore ..so thank you for your help.
