Issues with password autofill

It seems that password autofill has stopped working a long time ago. I expected it to be fixed in the last release but it wasn't. Both my iCloud keychain and Autofill Password toggles are switched on, and the list of all my saved passwords are there. I have rebooted several times as well but nothing seems to fix the issue.

Basically anytime I need to enter a password now, instead of it prepopulating the data, I need to search for it in the password list to then select it in order for it to populate. It's not searching for it on its own. Sometimes the username will be prepopulated, but it still won't bring in the password on its. And now when I go in and search for the password, when it adds the data to the fields, it is adding the username twice! For example, say the username is applebear123, when it adds the password, the username becomes applebear123applebear123. Which of course is wrong so then I have to start over. So if it does populate any info, I have to first delete it, then go into the passwords list, search for it, then select it just to be able to login to the site. That is super frustrating and too many steps! Lol Am I the only one this is happening to?
