My iCloud Keychain isn’t asking to save new passwords or update passwords and when I manually update or save new ones they are not there also it doesn’t even act as if any are saved there is no drop down bar

Hello Talitha,
Please make sure that you have "iCloud passwords and keychain" checked under settings/ passwords/ password options. Also make sure "autofill passwords" is toggled to on.
