hi, i got a text message from Apple saying theres a problem with my apple order with an order number. and it says check your email for more information, but there is no email i received. and also it weirdly creates a pop up to sign up for Business messenger. is this a scam?

Sounds like a scam. Apple will NEVER ask you for credentials over email or text.

If you didn't order anything from Apple, then yes it is a scam, especially if there is a link asking you to sign into your credentials.
