iPhone 12 Pro Camera Bug / Black Screen

hey Community,

I’ve got a problem with my iPhone 12 Pro camera as the screen turns black and does not work (back camera - normal mode) it works with portrait mode or in the zoom.

I searched a lot and found many people with the same issues (seems it might be the wide lens). Does Apple see this is as a general issue or do I have to make a repair on my own as I ran out of guaranty. 230€ is a lot and I asked myself if so many have the same issue, if it might be an issue/mistake made by apple in production

From what you've described, it may be helpful to contact Apple Support so they can run a diagnostic test on your device. This will allow them to remotely test the hardware of your iPhone to see if there's an issue there. If none is found, they can likely go through some other troubleshooting steps with you.
