If I lost my 28 character Recovery Key what can I do?

I can’t it won’t let me because it keeps asking me for my password that I let apple “generate a strong password” which is in the keychain that I can’t access because I don’t t remember the keychain generated password so it tells me to reset my password which I can’t because I don’t have the 28 character key. So what are my other options please?
