When I use my iPhone I cannot see the "shares" insights in Instagram. All other insights show up except the shares. I can access it on other devices but not my iPhone. Why would this be happening and how can I fix it?

A great question to ask instagram or look at their help page.
Yes, unfortunately I’ve reached out to Instagram several times with no reply. And I’ve scoured their help section with no answer. Because it’s only happening on my iPhone I was hoping to find a solution on here. I’ve upgraded my phone and reloaded the app but it’s still happening. I’m baffled.
