Connect to a WiFi network and attempt the update again. A hotspot connection will not work.

I cant install ios12.5.6 eventhough it’s compatible and it has enough storage but when pressing install it turns into error that im not connected to internet i tried it on two different wifis and on 4g (cause in lebanon its the best) what to do?
