How do I cancel icloud charges when apple shows no charges or account but I have bill on my credit card… can I please get some informstion

If you mean iCloud storage plan charges, cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
