Apple pay transaction fraud

Hello,

about a month ago I trusted a close friend of mine to buy me a couple of shoes while they were out of town. Im always weiry about replica shoes and that theyre circulating now more than ever. He promised me they were legit and that if I for some reason didn't like them that he will give me my money back and even keep the shoes. However i did not want the sneakers just wanted to do whats right and get my money back. Its beens going on a little over a month and he has not responded to me even though he continues posting on FB the same very fake shoes. This transaction is for $450. Calls himself the shoe plug. I can send you messages and conversations we've had pertaining this matter. Please dispute this transaction of $450 as it is a full on scam.
