Recovery Assistant Freezes

Hi, I rebooted my MBP 2017 yesterday however when this recovery assistant showed up, it was not working. Ive tried rebooting multiple times but my mac will boot into recovery assistant everytime. Worse, my keyboard, trackpad, and even my bluetooth mouse wouldnt work, as if the screen is frozen. Pls help!
