Can I disable my phone’s microphone except for use in apps I specifically enumerate? Happened again today, getting an ad specific to a conversation- absolutely no typed or other connection possible. What is the best setting for limiting this as much as possible?

Thank you for the info on advertising. I would like to disable the speaker function of my phone, Do instead of it being always enabled, I would like to turn it off, except for a few apps I allow to use voice command/speaker. Can this be done?
