How do i only reset home screen on iphone 11 and not the rest

If you are referring to Home Screen Layout then...
Reset Home Screen Layout: Returns the built-in apps to their original layout on the Home screen. And all other apps are arranged in Alphabetical order. This may also remove any folders that you have created for storing your Apps on the Home Screen
Settings > General > Transfer & Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Home Screen.
