What is the highest refresh rate supported by Apple Thunderbolt 3 Cable?

I bought a Gigabyte M34WQ monitor for my Macbook Pro 14" M1 2021. I also bought this Thunderbolt 3 USB‑C Cable (0.8 m) but when I used it to plug my monitor to my laptop, I only get 60Hz refresh rate whereas the monitor supports 144Hz with 3440 x 1440 resolution...

What is the highest refresh rate the Apple Thunderbolt 3 cable supports?

If the one I bought is not the right cable for me, what is?

Hi,

Thunderbolt 3 and 4 support refresh rates of 30-240Hz, depending on the size of the attached display. 4K is supported from 30-120Hz, and 5K and 8K from 30-60Hz, so AppleThunderbolt 3 cable supports 240Hz.
