I dropped my phone on the floor this morning and when I picked it up I noticed instead of the wifi network/4G status in the top left it switches between No SIM and SOS Only. I've restarted it and it didn't change anything. How do I correct this problem? Any help is appreciated.

Try this -> remove and reinsert the SIM card.
Then -> If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad
