Replaced logic-board on Late 2013 iMac 27", but it does not accept RAM on all 4 slots like before.

I just replaced the logic-board on my Late 2013 iMac 27" i5, GTX775M 2GB graphics, and when I install my 4x 4GB RAM, I get the 3 beeps. However, the iMac works fine with 2x 4GB RAMs of any of the 4x RAMs on any of the 4 slots. So the problem is not with the RAMs or the slots - it only gives 3 beeps when all 4 RAMs are in. Note: The previous logic-board of the same specification was able to accept all 4 RAMs on all 4 slots.

I would install 1 matched pair in the upper slots and the other matched pair in the lower slots.

Then startup with a NVRAM reset.

If that doesn't work, I would test a matched pair in the 1 & 3 slots and the other matched pair in the 2 & 4 slots.
