Halide Mark II - Pro Camera - the iPhone app, does not work after a single use

i have tried contacting the company via the App Store, but no answer ... is anyone else having a similar problem? and does anyone have a remedy?

Have you tried these steps to troubleshoot the app: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support


Do you have issues using your iPhone built-in camera? If not, then this should really be addressed by the manufacturer of the camera. Learn how here: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
