has the problems between resound hearing aids and apple watch been fixxed

I had to return my Jabra hearing aids a few weeks ago because they did not work right with my Apple Watch or even my phone. Even got new battery for my phone. Battery life was awful. I am wearing my old resound aids with batteries. So far my apple products are working fine. I really would like to get the rechargeable aids again once the problems with the apple software are fixed
