Which iPhone do you have? Which iOS version is installed on it? How much free storage space do you have on your iPhone?

NOTE: You cannot physically increase the storage space of your iPhone. For example, if you purchased the iPhone with 128 GB capacity then it will always remain at 128GB. You cannot increase it. You can create more free storage space by deleting some of your data. Media files take up the most space and therefore you should begin by deleting unwanted Videos, Photos and Music files.
