why i did not get ios 16 while am using iphone 7 but other people got ios 16 while they are using iphone 7

Because iOS 7 is very old. As to iOS 15.7 if you don't update for a week you will then see the red badge on settings, that is your only notification. If you go to Settings > General > About > Version what does it show?
The iPhone 7 is not compatible with iOS 16. It can be updated to iOS 15.7, no further.
If you have an iPhone 7 you will NEVER get iOS 16.
Because the iPhone 7 can’t run iOS 16, as has been pointed out to you several times

Then go to Settings > General > Software Update and update it to iOS 15.7.
