Apple ID and itunes

I logged in to my Apple ID on my phone but somehow it won’t let me update an app instead it shows me sign in to iTunes if you have Apple ID sign in here and on the bottom shows only password. How can I fix it ?

Let's try closing the App Store, restarting your iPhone and seeing if the space for the Apple ID appears. These are simple steps but often fix issues within apps and the iOS.


Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support


If that does not help, make sure you are running the latest iOS version:

Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


Software updates assure you have the most compatible version running for Apple apps.
