I updated my latest iPhone 14 pro to iOS 16.0.3, and it is causing issue connecting my company emails and Teams. Please let me know how to revert back to older version of iOS ? I need it on priority pls.

Sorry, but there is no going back. If you are having problems with your company email account, you may need to contact them for help with this.
Could be if their software wasn't updated. But I would suggest waiting until Monday, October 24, 2022 and trying updating to iOS 16.1 and see if that helps.
due to new version of iOS app I was using is not getting reinstalled, that’s the issue. Does it mean I can’t use iPhone till company software is upgraded?
