Hello,

1. Press the Digital Crown on the side of your Watch to launch the app screen.

2. Head to Settings

3. From this menu screen scroll down to App Layout

4. You can now choose between Grid View and List View. Tap on the view you want and the Watch will instantly change to the new look.
