Dexcom and OS9 on iWatch

I just updated to OS 9 on my iWatch 6. I used to able to put my Dexcom in the center position. It was large easy to read and had a graph bas showing my Blood Glucose Levels for monitoring my Diabetes. With the upgrade it is no longer available that I can find. It now has corner positions and only shows small numbers with a very small arrow showing which way my level is heading.

Am I missing something to get the old large numbered one back on my watch??
