Try one of these:

  • iTunes 12.10.11.2 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe (2021-04-22) Last build to support Windows 7 & 8
  • iTunes 12.10.11.2 for Windows (64-bit) - iTunes64Setup.exe (2021-04-22) Last build to support Windows 7 & 8


Note that you need Windows 10 to install the current version of iTunes, which you would need to support any device running the current version of iOS. See https://www.howtogeek.com/509087/how-to-upgrade-from-windows-7-to-windows-10-for-free/ if needed.
