I am planning to purchase iPad Pro (2022) model in India.
As per the latest announcement, this model will be released with Wi-Fi6E support.
May I know, will this work in India also, as 6GHz yet to be released in India?
The iPad chipset supports WiFi-6E - and will connect with appropriate WiFi networks where they are available.
While regional regulatory bodies have not yet approved installation and use of 6GHz (or other) WiFi spectrum, such networks will not necessarily be available. In such circumstances an WiFi-6E capable device will continue to operate as normal - and successfully connect with other 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi networks that are available in that region.
