I phone calls not playing thru tadio

My i phone was playing calls thru the radio. I recently had to reset my i phone and it will no longer do this. I have removed the i phone from the blue tooth on the car and re installed it but still will not work. I have had the dealership look at it and they do not know what the issue is either. My software on my car is up to date. And I have installed the latest I phone update as well. My car is a 2022 Toyota Highlander. Is there a setting on my phone that needs changed?

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support

None of those are the issue. Please te read my problem phone calls will not play thru the radio.
