When I click on a link in Mail I now get "the application can't be opened" -10673

I am using Monterey. The issue has been there with other users. But the error number was different. It was -10826, now it is -10673. I cannot open any links since yesterday.

What can I do to overcome this?

Mac Pro, macOS 10.14

Thank you. It functions. After the next click, you can select to old Browser again.
