It's generally the same every year.. when the new iPhone model comes out, the previous generation models are no longer available from Apple.. although sometimes they keep the base model around for a bit. Like the iPhone 11 was around for a bit. Now they have the 12 and 13.
If you want an iPhone 13 pro, you'll have to look at 3rd party sellers to find one. Maybe your carrier has some, etc.
