My device says I am up to date but if I try to open chrome or safari it says cand open page cause it can’t find server or the page is invalid. Sometimes it tells me I need to update the Samsung android device I’m on but I’m on my iPhone 13 or my iPad . I don’t have android. It also tells me to get my apps from the App Store and that id where I downloaded them but it says they came from Microsoft and they all start with a web address of com.what the app is.net. I don’t understand what’s going on. I try factory setting all devices, switching carriers, new devices, new accounts so many times and it is always there the min I set up every new device. This is also happening to several other devices in our home and family in the area. What can we do? Thanks for any help.

Hi Kathryndnewkirk1952,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. You've tried some great troubleshooting steps so far. Since this happens with multiple devices, websites and browsers, it seems that the issue is most likely isolated to your network. Is there a Wi-Fi network that you can connect to?

It sounds like you have tried most steps mentioned in If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support which is the best starting point for website issues. As that article mentions, if you use any VPN services, those settings may be a factor as well. If applicable, use the guidance from Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues - Apple Support to isolate further.

Take care.
