Powerbeats earbuds automatically connect to device i dont prefer
How do I prohibit Powerbeats (Model:A1747) earbuds from connecting to other phones on my Apple ID?

You may change the functionality for them automatically connecting on the iPhone that they're connecting to.
Head to Settings > Bluetooth > Tap the (i) button next to the Powerbeats > Connect to This iPhone. In here it'll help to show the available options, as well as a description for each.
If it's a device you're not likely to pair them with for a while then you can also opt to choose to 'Forget This Device' in the Bluetooth settings on the device.
