Netflix HDR and iPad Pro questions

Hi

I've googled these questions but don't see anything that specially answers them - hoping I can get some feedback from this community.

I currently have a 3rd gen iPad air and considering upgrading to the 12.9 inch iPad Pro.

I know the Netflix website says it supports HDR on compatible devices - these questions are specific to the 12.9 iPad Pro XDR display.

Has anyone noticed a difference when watching Netflix/Prime HDR content on the iPad Pro XDR vs. an regular iPad with liquid retina?
When you download a Netflix HDR movie/show - does it download and display the HDR version of the video?

Thanks for the link to the article. I see that HDR is compatible with the XDR screen on a iPad Pro from Netflix'x perspective.

What I'd like to know is has anyone actually noticed a difference in video quality watching Netflix HDR on a iPad Pro XDR vs a iPad Air liquid retina?
