I was looking at the technical info on apples store for the iphone 14 pro max and noted it supported FLAC playback. Anyone know if the itunes app will be updated to include FLAC in songs scanned for?

How does one purchasing an iphone 14 Pro [Max], use the audio-playback formats supported by the hardware?
If itunes/music doesn't support the iphone's HW features, is there another interface (app) to play and manage the above formats?

As far as I know neither iTunes nor Music support FLAC as yet, nor do I believe Apple have made any announcement over support in the future.
