Suggestions on how to track my stolen iPhone

My iPhone 11 was stolen on the 19th October 2022 at around 8.30am. Find My was on the device and I was able to track the device till 3pm when it was switched off again.

Unfortunately, the thief was able to send a phising text message (with message ID as Apple) to my emergency contact (I wonder how they could see that) and the message read; Hello (my full name), your lost iPhone 11 Has been found in Lagos View Location at Https://findmy-locate.co/5TA7 Apple Support.

After I erroneously followed the link and entered my passcode, my iCloud was removed from the device and the Find My was turned off. I also lost the ability to track remotely.

However, after blocking and retrieving my SIM from my network provider the next day, I was able to change my Apple ID password. I noticed that my iPhone is still linked to my apple ID as I can still see the IMEI and serial number. However, it is not found in my listed devices and I therefore cannot track its current location.

Are there any suggestions that can help me regain full access to the device and track its movement? Thank you

iPhone 11, iOS 15
