I have a new Ultra with an alpine loop band. I hooked it on my wrist fine but now cannot unfasten the hook to remove and charge the watch. Two hands are needed and I only have one because the other is wearing the watch.

I have a new Ultra with an alpine loop band. I hooked it on my wrist fine with the other hand, but now cannot unfasten the hook to remove and charge the watch. Two hands seem to be needed and I only have one because the other is wearing the watch. Ideas? I have no dexterity issues with either hand for anything else.

Hi chesterapple, We appreciate you reaching out to us. We understand that you are experiencing issues removing your Apple Watch.

Is it possible that you are wearing your Apple Watch Ultra a little tight?

In the meantime, we recommend that you ask a friend or family member to assist you in removing the Apple Watch.

Then, try a different slot to fasten the hook.

If you are experiencing a similar issue even if the band is not tight, we recommend that you reach out to us here so we can take a closer look into the issue: Get Support
