I cant send messages with attachments

Hello …

I’m in a text string wherein everyone freely exchanges graphic files and small videos. Except me. Inevitably, the progress bar gets three-quarters of the way through and I get the dreaded red “FAIL” exclamation mark.

I assumed this was because some users might be on non-Apple devices, but I know for a fact others aren’t, yet this problem (in this group) is unique to me.

Thanks for replying, razmee209.

I don’t understand what “without an iPhone” means. Are you referring to the recipient(s) or to me? I just tried sending the same image from my iPhone (IOS 16) to the group, with the same outcome (it failed).

To clarify, I routinely send and receive MMS via my Mac desktop (and my iPhone) … except with this particular group.
