Apple Music Shuffle

I'm currently trying to shuffle my music on the website engine and it just keeps shuffling the a and b songs instead of a full shuffle, it will just play in a funky order but still from a-z and occasionally throw a random song in there, I've pressed the shuffle button numerous times to try to get it to stop and do an actual shuffle, but it continues to just play in this order, is there a way I can fix this?
