My devices disappeared from iCloud

Hello,

My devices disappeared from iCloud or at least they are not referenced in one of the places where they should be.

They appear in one place but not in the other as you can sea on both images attached. Also my logo has disappeared.

The photos also stopped syncing to the cloud.

I've already logged out, I've cleared cookies but the problem remains.

Can someone help me on this one.

Thanks in advance.

As you mentioned - I've already logged out .

You have signed out Mac or other device like iPhone / iPad from your other devices that were synced , once again sign in with same Apple ID and password on the same network Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support

Hi tygb,

Maybe I explained it wrong. I've logged out from iCloud.com on iMac to log in again and check if the devices already appeared but everything remained the same.

I can see all devices on my iPhones and on my iMac.

But on my iMac, I can only see them if I go to Apple ID > Manage. They are all there as trusted device but as you can see in the attached image, on iCloud settings I can only see my iMac. The iPhones are not visible nor my logo. I insert the logo and it disappears again.

tygb,

Thanks a lot for your help but I've done all that already.

About “Locate an item in Find My on Mac”:

All devices appear located on the map.

About “View item details in Find My on Mac”

I can see all details about my devices.

My devices appear everywhere, except on iCloud Settings as shown in the attached image above.

You know what?

In the meantime I renamed the devices, turned them off and on again. Names have been updated. They are already on the list where they did not appear before and they are already syncing photos with iCloud again.

It solved the problem, but it bothers me because in the end I don't know the cause of the problem.

I thought these things only happened with Windows and Android devices :))))

Nonetheless, thanks for all your help.

Best regards.
