I checked my iPhone yesterday and when I signed in to my Apple ID, the devices linked to my iPhone were gone. Not sure if the problem was related after I updated my phone to the new IOS. I signed out/in from my Apple ID but still the same, no devices list is available.

Troubleshooting Trusted Device List Gone:
A. Try Manually Restarting your iPhone:
Having just updated, restart your device.
B. Back Up your iPhone:
IMPORTANT: Prior to installing any update whatsoever, and after it is installed, you should backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update
C. Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.
FWIW. Apple devices are linked to your Apple ID, not to your iPhone.

I have the same problem, tried the above fix but still no devices list?
Apple said I need to keep track of my devices because they no longer show the Manage Devices.
On signing in to my Apple ID, the devices linked to my iPhone were gone
