My phone glitched and it disabled my Face ID and locked me out of my iphone 13 and is now saying my passcode is wrong and my iPhone is disabled. I did not back up my data and I can’t get into my phone. What can I do? I do not want to erase my data

It’s too late; your data is already gone. Backups are for before disaster strikes, after is too late. Which is a shame because you could have just turned on automatic backups, which would have created a new backup overnight whenever the phone was plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi.
